1. Go into steam and right click on Arma 3 Beta and then propeties
2. Navigate to BETA's in the pop up window
3. Click where it says [None-opt out of all] and change it to development build
4. Then restart steam and it should download the Arma 3 Dev build and you man join the server

ACRE fails to connect to Teamspeak
Make sure you've added in the correct TS Plugin file, and then run Steam, Arma 3, and Teamspeak as Administrator.
